Meet Dr. Rhonda Anderson

I’m Dr. Rhonda Anderson, Principal & Chief Talent Development Officer at Silver Hawk Coaching & Consulting, where I partner with organizations to design and implement tailored talent development strategies that elevate leadership skills and drive team performance. With over 15 years of experience in talent development, higher education, consulting, and executive coaching, I am passionate about empowering professionals to reach their fullest potential. I hold a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University and I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). In addition, I am also a certified DISC Facilitator and is highly experienced with helping organizations manage team dynamics. As a seasoned speaker and published author, I am dedicated to inspiring and guiding others on their leadership journey. Based in metro Atlanta, I’m also a proud wife to James I and a mother to three adult sons—Corwin, James II, and Elijah.

My purpose for launching The Influential Leaders Alliance stems from my deep passion for people development. I believe that every professional deserves access to cost-effective leadership, management, and career development opportunities, no matter their background or position.
